This notice explains what information the Angels Online Eternal website and game servers (the Service) handle, why, and the choices you have. Questions and requests: [email protected].
What we collect
- Account details you give us: your account name, your email address and your password. Passwords are never stored in readable form; they are stored as salted Argon2id hashes.
- Login and security records: the IP address used for game logins, website sign-in sessions and short-lived rate-limit counters that protect accounts from password guessing. Website sessions use one secure, HTTP-only cookie that expires after at most 8 hours; it is needed to keep you signed in.
- Game data: your characters, items, Angel Gold balance, progress, guild and friend lists, and in-game messages such as chat and mail, plus server logs of game events. These are needed to run the game, keep saves correct, fix problems and investigate cheating, scams or abuse reports.
- Support messages: anything you send us by email or on Discord.
- Purchases (once the Item Mall opens): payments are made on Stripe's secure checkout page. We receive the order, amount, status and a payment reference so the correct Angel Gold can be delivered once. We never see or store your full card number.
We do not use advertising or analytics trackers on the website, and we do not sell your personal information.
Why we use it
To create and secure your account, verify your email, let you recover your password, run and save the game, deliver purchases, answer support requests, enforce the Player Agreement, and comply with the law. We only email you about your account (verification, password reset and important service notices).
Who else handles it
- Cloudflare serves the website and passes website requests to our server.
- Our cloud server provider hosts the game servers and databases.
- Our email provider delivers verification and password-reset emails.
- Stripe processes payments, once purchases open, under its own privacy policy.
- Discord hosts our community server under its own privacy policy.
These providers may process information in other countries. We may also disclose information where the law requires it or to protect players and the Service.
How long we keep it
Account and game data is kept while your account exists. Sign-in sessions, email links and rate-limit counters expire automatically. Security logs and backups are kept only as long as needed to protect the Service and recover from problems, then removed. Purchase records are kept as long as needed for refunds, disputes and legal obligations.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to close your account, by emailing [email protected] from your verified email address. We may need to confirm the request comes from the account owner. Some records may be kept where the law requires or to resolve disputes. You can also complain to your local privacy authority.
Age
The Service is for players aged 18 and over. If we learn that an account belongs to someone younger, we may close it.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords and restricted access to our servers and databases. No system is perfectly secure; if we become aware of a breach that affects you, we will tell you as required by law.

We will post any update here with a new version date and explain important changes.
