Defeat Soldier Crab in Dawn Harbor. One spawn area is near (188, 43).
Defeat Turtle in Dawn Harbor. One spawn area is near (76, 162).
Accept the quest before hunting. Check the quest tracker as you go; quest drops can stop once the required amount is reached.
