Defeat 5 × Poison Flower to get Venom Sac.
Quest location: Underground Square
Defeat Poison Flower in Underground Square. Quest drop chance: 10% per eligible kill. One spawn area is near (211, 94).
Defeat Poison Flower in Hell Palace. Quest drop chance: 12% per eligible kill. One spawn area is near (90, 62).
Accept the quest before hunting. Check the quest tracker as you go; quest drops can stop once the required amount is reached.
Take the Venom Sac back.
