Collect 15 × Angel Fish Fin.
Quest location: Blue Sea
Obtain this from Angel Fish in Blue Sea. Quest drop chance: 25% per eligible kill. One spawn area is near (19, 21).
Accept the quest before hunting. Check the quest tracker as you go; quest drops can stop once the required amount is reached.
Give Angel Fish Fins to Yula.
