Defeat Winged Fish in Sunken Ruins. Quest drop chance: 45% per eligible kill. One spawn area is near (71, 101).
Accept the quest before hunting. Check the quest tracker as you go; quest drops can stop once the required amount is reached.
Give Squama full of energy to Lubo.
