   Defeat Dream Elf Terrossi in Noisy Rain Forest. Quest drop chance: 10% per eligible kill. One spawn area is near (205, 174).

   Accept the quest before hunting. Check the quest tracker as you go; quest drops can stop once the required amount is reached.
